We are asking for your assistance in developing a regional stream temperature database for the Ozark, Ouachita and Southeast Coastal Plains, to help build a regional stream temperature model and assess how aquatic biotas respond to changing temperatures and hydrology.
You may submit copies of your continuous stream temperature data (minimum of one month collection period and > 10 measurements per day) either as separate data files (.txt, .csv, .xls), or together in a zip file (best way) with all the data files included, along with a header information sheet (see example) containing file metadata.
Stream temperature data files should contain the following fields: Date; Time; Temperature (Celsius or Fahrenheit ). Please make sure the filename of each dataset match the filenames listed in the header file.
